Andrey handled the lock replacement on my front door. He was wonderful. He gave me a realistic timetable for the parts to arrive. The day the parts arrived, he was already booked. Our exterior balcony door would not close/lock properly and Prestige Window Works came to repair it. Andre and his assistant sourced a part from out of the country and it is fixed! Other contractors had suggested replacing the entire door which would have been QUITE A LARGER EXPENSE. He was neat and clean and efficient.
